How do I redeem an offer?
Visit the merchant's store, open the NearBizz app, and scan the QR code displayed at the store. The discount will be applied automatically.
Is NearBizz free for customers?
Yes, NearBizz is completely free for customers. You only pay for the discounted products/services at merchant stores.
How much does it cost for merchants?
Merchants get a 3-month free trial, after which the subscription is just 99 per month with zero commission fees.
Can I use the same offer multiple times?
Each QR code can only be used once. However, merchants may create multiple offers or extend existing ones.
How do I update my merchant profile?
Go to your Profile section in the app, tap on "Edit Profile" or "Edit Store Details" to update your information.
What if I can't scan the QR code?
Make sure your camera has permission to access the app, ensure good lighting, and try holding your phone steady. If issues persist, contact the merchant directly.
How do I cancel my merchant subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Razorpay with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
